Residential Technology (ResTech)

Residential Technology (ResTech) is the team directly responsible for the technology needs of all residents and staff within Housing and Dining. We are continually striving to improve our services and to be responsive to our clients. We welcome your comments and suggestions.

ResTech is responsible for the following services provided to all students living in the residence halls and Northern View Community:

ResTech Helpdesk

  • Software support for residents’ PCs
  • Virus detection and removal
  • Support for Internet access
  • Support for wireless computing

ResTech Computer Labs

Cyber Terminals (Internet, E-Mail, MS Office Suite)
