Student employees are automatically assigned an administrative Novell ID (A-ID) and a GroupWise e-mail account. Student employees must use their A-ID, not their Z-ID, while at work and when accessing departmental (or Enterprise) systems. Student employees are not automatically given space to store files on the departmental server. A-IDs are intended for work purposes only, not academic or personal use.
NOTE: Student e-mail and GroupWise e-mail accounts are separate and independent. Your alias will remain routed to your student account.
